Internet and travel are so closely connected these days that it's difficult to think of one without the other. You might travel for business and need to keep in contact with staff, or you might do lots of travel writing and want to post updates to your website, your Instagram account, or a travel blog. Even when traveling with family, you'll likely need varying types of internet access at the ready to stay in touch and manage your plans.

I’ve worked with lots of big budget agencies and directors with big budget egos. I’ve flown across the country, rented a TV-studio-sized room for a week, and filled it with grips, assistants, art directors, and wardrobe stylists.

 

While that experience taught me a lot (including that a “baby wrangler” is in fact a real job), I moved to WiFi-tech start-up Skyroam in 2018 and learned that great content could be created on a much smaller scale. Enter Sam Newton.

The benefits of yoga when working from home.

I am by no means an expert Yogi, but I have always enjoyed the occasional yoga flow at my local studio. I leave feeling mentally and physically restored after having stretched, pushed, posed, and shavasana’d. In the middle of the corona virus crisis, it’s more important than ever to find ways to get that same feeling of mental and physical strength, so I have brought the studio into my living room while quarantining and working from home.
